Gregg is an early adopter of Artificial Intelligence for Investor Relations. He is a member of Ciena's AI Steering Committee, IR Magazine's AI Working Group, participates in think tanks, and has been featured in articles and joins webinars and seminars as a panelist on the topic. Gregg and his team won IR Magazine's award for 'Best Use of Technology, including AI' in 2024, its inaugural year.

He is currently the Vice President of Investor Relations for Ciena, a mid-cap company, global leader in next-gen telecommunications solutions and services worldwide.
Gregg has been ranked as a top IR Professional in Institutional Investor (II)'s surveys for most of 2014 to 2024 and is part of the All-America Executive Team. Some of his recent II recognitions include sweeping his sector along with his executive team members with whom he is proud to share these honors.

He enjoys sharing his experiences in different ways, such as speaking to university business students about the investor relations profession, where he also frequently discusses AI.

Gregg is married, has two children (one of whom works in the IR field), and a young Labrador Retriever, Sylvia.
